4.Design Major Items.
5.Develop Actual Cost Estimate for the aircraft

Detail Design
1.Design Actual Pieces to be built
2.Design the tooling and fabrication process.
3.Test the major items - Structure landing gear
4.Finalize weight and performance estomates
